KEEPS CALLING EVEN AFTER I CALLED THEM TO BE PUT ON THERE DO NOT CALL LIST

i called the number back and it's a recording stating that they are a "political survey organization". i'm on the "do not call" list so i'm not sure why they still called me - they probably found some loophole!
This number has called once a day for the last week, and leaves no message.
This number, and other similar numbers, have been calling my home phone for weeks.
