I think this a computer generated calling program at work. It reports times when you are home and notes best time to try and get you to donate money to a bogus organization. No facts just my opinion.

they call constantly. a giggling girl was on tonight and she laughed when I told her I'd reported them to the FCC. Usually there's nobody on the other end.
