Mann Bracken is a collection agency who hired a local process server (legit, not) to serve a letter from their attorneys stating my relative must go to court to settle a claim from 1st USA credit card company. BUT, to call them first before anything else. Search google for Mann Bracken scam. You'll see for yourself.
