Tried to get credit card info from me. Hung up then disconnected the phone when i asked to be taken off their call list

Called my cell phone Sunday morning just before 11a.m. When I tried to return the call, it rang once and then was disconnected (busy signal).
I received an unsolicited call to my cell phone today from this company. I am on the do not call list.
