I live in Hawaii. Not sure why, but I've been receiving calls from this unlisted number for a while now. Today, 03/08/10, I received a call from a local number at about 2 PM. A man with a spooky fake/insincere voice said he was [very unusual Italian name] and said he was trying to reach [another unusual Italian name] and asked if this was the right number. I said it was not. I looked up the local number and found out that it's actually a local medical center. I called it and the receptionist said she had no idea how that might have happened. Almost half an hour later, I received a call from the 636.261.9319 number, which I did not answer. The caller hung up after a few rings and before it went to voicemail. The 636.261.9319 caller never leaves a voicemail. I tentatively infer that someone at the 636.261.9319 number somehow changed his caller ID display to masquerade as the local number. The gentleman with the spooky detached voice offering the Italian names definitely wasn't really local. Not sure what to make of this.
