One of a fleet of numbers used by WFNNB regarding credit accounts opened mainly at mall stores.
It's the bank that services credit cards for stores such as Express and Levin Furniture. Nothing shows on my caller ID though.
I believe it to be the credit card company that issues cards for clothes companies like Newport News. Caller ID said Doolittle Distr.
