I did not recieve a call from 919-521-4580, but they have a website thepccables.com with this number. no one answers the phone so is this a legit business?

total fraud huh? great...i just got a charge on my card from there, and guess what? no one answers the phone...
No answer, completely fraudulent charge on my credit card in early march that I just noticed.
CHARGE $68. ON MY CREDIT CARD, NOTHING PURCHASED. This is a fraud.
